Pictures from Sandra RoseCarwin Jones and Bryant Purvis, two of the Jena 6 were presenters at the BET Hip Hop Awards in Atlanta, GA Saturday. There aren't any rules that say these two men cannot seek the limelight. Who knows what career aspirations they have. Yet, it's a little too soon to be hamming it up for the cameras at awards show after parties don't you think? Only boxers and UFC fighters should be made celebs for beating someone's ass.

I don't really have an opinion regarding these two gentlemen participating in the BET awards. I do have an opinion as to the horrific unjustice done to these six boys. It sickens me that this is STILL happening in this country. How in the hell are we to end racism whilst this is still going on?!!! These boys didn't do anything as compared to what was done to them by the "white" boys all year long! Not a damn thing was done about that!
I dont know what to say really. I mean you don't see 9/11 family members throwing up "9/11" signs in pictures do you?

I don't agree Razzi. Maybe presenting at the BET Awards with that look would give them a pass, but going to the after party doesn't sit well with me. You see them throwing up a "6?"
